Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via FedEx. If you place your order before Noon EST Monday-Friday, your order will ship out the same day. If you place your order after Noon EST, it will ship the following business day. If you purchase on Friday or over the weekend, your order will ship on Monday. As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Once placed, online orders cannot be canceled or changed. In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, all online orders are sent to our warehouse for immediate processing. However, you may return orders for a refund.
For most in-stock items delivered via Standard Delivery within the contiguous United States, you should expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days of placing your order, depending on your delivery area. Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States may take up to 12 days to be received via Standard Delivery.
If you would like to receive your order more quickly, rush options (available within the contiguous U.S. only) are offered:
Orders of in-stock items will be received within 2 business days.
Orders of in-stock items will be received next business day.
Orders for all rush delivery methods must be placed by 12:00PM (noon) Eastern time for that day’s processing. Delivery times do not include weekend days and holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
We are proud of our products and want you to be happy with them too. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt (excluding delivery & service charges). All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be processed.
To initiate an exchange or a return, please send us an email to CustomerService@Lelaan.com that includes your order number (starts with #LL) and the reason for the return. We will get back to you in 1-2 business days with your RMA# and return instructions.
Once the product is received, if an exchange was requested, your new item will arrive within 12 business days. Or, if a refund was requested, a credit for the merchandise will be issued to your credit card within 5 business days (less shipping fees).
The following items can be returned:
Unused and unwashed items sent in original packaging.
Items postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
The following items cannot be returned:
Bath or Decor items that have been used and/or washed.
Items that have not been postmarked within the 30-day window.
Free gifts or promotional items with a retail value.

Do you ship internationally?
No we do not ship internationally. But we are covering the Whole USA.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once the order is placed, it shall take 3 to 6 days, to reach you. However if you are looking for something urgent we also providing 2nd day and same day Shipment as well.
Which couriers do you use?
For deliveries within USA, we use FedEx as our courier.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you can track your orders. As soon as your order is shipped you shall receive a shipping confirmation message from the courier via email with tracking information. You can also use our "Track my Order" option to track your shipping.
How much does delivery cost?
Hey! We are unique; we don’t bother you with shipping cost. Lelaan.com offers its customers FREE SHIPPING on all its products.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address to my billing address?
Yes, of course if you are placing the order as gift or would like to place the order to another address, when putting shipping information on our checkout page just click on "Use Different Address" and you can enter your desired address on the page.
If an item is out of stock, can I still order it?
If an item is out of stock, you can always add it your wish list. We will make sure to give your order 1st priority as soon as it hits the inventory we will send you an update on your email.
Can I cancel or amend an order online?
The orders if needed to be cancelled or amended can be done so. Lelaan.com shall gladly offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt

What should I do if i forget my password or if I have trouble logging in?
If you cannot sign in or you have forgotten your password, no need to panic.

How can I be sure that my order has been received?
